You will need to present your e-ticket when boarding. E-tickets are accepted in the following formats:
- displayed on your smartphone
- displayed on your iPad/tablet device
- as a printout
If your flight is delayed or you are unable to make your exact booked service for any reason, don't worry. For travel from Oxford to the airport, airline e-tickets may be used on any earlier or later equivalent service due to depart up to 2 hours before or after the service specified on the e-ticket. For travel from the airport to Oxford, airline e-tickets may be used on any earlier or later equivalent service due to depart up to 24 hours before or after the service specified on the e-ticket. In both of these instances however, no seat is guaranteed and the person named on the e-ticket will have to provide photographic ID.
Departure and Travel Times
We recommend that passengers allow one hour between the coach arrival time at the airport and the opening time of their check-in.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before coach departure time. If you arrive less than 10 minutes before the departure then you may lose your seat reservation and will only be carried if seat availability permits. When travelling on the coach please ensure that you carry some form of photographic ID so that the driver can authenticate your booking. For group bookings, all members of your party must board and travel together.
Your luggage allowance is 2 medium suitcases (up to 20kg each) per person in the hold and one small item of hand luggage on board the coach. Large items (such as skis, cycles etc) can only be carried if space allows and they are suitably packaged, and will attract a £2 surcharge. We recommend you take out insurance.
Cancellations and amendments
If you wish to make an amendment to your booking, this must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 48 hours prior to travel. An administration fee will apply for all amendments. Unused tickets are not refundable.
These are approximate times only, and coaches can run earlier or later depending on traffic conditions. To ensure you don't miss your booked service, please ensure you are at your stop at least 15 minutes prior to your booked time.
